It's been a while, hasn't it! Wow, time flies! There is a reason why I've been M.I.A., but right now I just want to say, "Hello," and, "Thank you," to all of my blogger friends out there in Webworld! My blood is pumping again from all of the inspiration each of you shares on your respective blog every day! I hope to fill you all in soon on what's been happening lately, but for now I wanted to share some pictures of my favorite winter treat (and my favorite boy, too) . . .

I wasn't planning on doing a science fair so soon (kindergarten). I remember doing mine in the fifth grade. Either way, here we are doing a science fair project! We ended up doing one where you use household items to blow up a balloon! (We got the idea out of a book entitled Super Science Experiments by Muriel Mandell.)
Note: The balloon didn't get very big, but it sure was fun watching it grow. The items fizzed up so fast that on one of our first attempts Rob (hubby) didn't get the balloon on fast enough and it fizzed over everywhere as we all screamed with laughter.
We've put the whole project together on a large poster board that we purchased at a local craft store (pictures not shown) in a sort-of collage. It was fun!
